i think the way to get respect is by showing it. by showing respect your being a proper good citizen. when you do things for people, such as helping an old lady or man with groceries or just simply picking up what someone dropped and giving it back to them and by being a truthful pearson you are displaying that you are a respectful pearson. the way to lose respect is byt talking behind someones back or telling someones secrets,or letting someone ndown especially if you made a promise. respect is very important to me because, that is because for half of my life ive lived with someone who does not respect themself or anyone else. so respect is something i rarely see with that pearson when im with them and that is what i think of respect
