Do you know how to respect yourself and others? Well I do and these are a few things i do or think people should and shouldn't do. When I'm with my friends I'm just myself. Don't act fake, people should don't like that and will disrespect you. Don't say rude stuff to your friends because they will say rude stuff back and be disrespectful. Doing the right thing is always something people will have respect for. Your friends will admire and respect you so much.
Having respect at home is different for some people. If your like me, one of the youngest in the family its hard to get respect. Adults are always bossing you around. If you do you part of the house work and don't talk back, you'll get some respect. Maybe not all the respect you wanted but there is still some.
Having respect at school is easy. Don't be starting stuff with people, if it's none of your concern.Treat others the way you want to be treated is pretty much the golden rule, for getting respect at school.
Having respect in groups is simple. Let everyone have a turn to speak. Be nice, and fair. Don't talk over people wait till it's your turn. Be quiet and polite with other groups.
Having respect for yourself is very important! Don't be cutting yourself or hurting yourself in anyways! If you allow yourself to hurt yourself, people aren't going to respect that. They might try and bully you because they know you don't respect yourself. Stand up for yourself! Don't show people your weak. Don't discourage yourself from anything! Believe in yourself, others will too and really respect that. This is just some simple things i do to show or earn respect. :)
