The theme of this story i would say is the part when jim got della thi beautiful rock.She said let me see your watch i want to see if it fits.So then he just told her to put the presents away and save them for a while.Also he didn't open the presentdella gave him so she felt uncomfortable and instead he told her to put them away and save them.Another theme theme is the part when they talked about the wise men or the MAGI'S that;s what they call them.Then it's like they are saints because they give presents to to the good kids not the bad kids.Also they go around town and give presents to the wise kids only and of how they invented the way they give there presents.Last this story is kind of good and it has a good theme to go with this i liked it.
